the amount of episodes i skipped in this anime is just sad. I literally finished dub and now almost catchin up with sub. one piece is overrated all imma say.

well I can agree with that. Everyone brags about this anime and I don't get it..

Well, I like one piece.
Even more than naruto.

It's perfectly fine to like either, I just myself don't get it. Most of my issues with naruto can be fixed with a filler skip list but this show is just slow for the sake of being slow. over 1k episodes and there's maybe 3 or 4 exciting moments (again for me personally.) And they're hardly any closer to their end goal. I don't see enough of the cool characters like for example (red haired shanks.) and we still barely know anything about Luffy's dad, it's been about luffies journey of go to island > Find tough evil enemy who's evil for no reason > beat that enemy > get chased away by marines > everything works out ok.
